Tiritiri Matangi ティリティリマタンギ島 2

We started walking, followed our guide.
遊歩道を歩きます。時々ガイドは立ち止まり、案内をしてくれます。


There were something artificial.
何か人工物が遊歩道わきにありました。


I took out this wooden cover, there was a little blue penguin in the hole. It looked at me as if it said “what are you doing here?”
かぶせてある木の板を取ると、リトルブルーペンギンが「何の用？」と言いたげに、こちらを見ていました。


We came out to the beach.
海岸に出ました。




We walked on the beach, then we were in the woods. Birds were flying and singing elegantly.
海岸線から森に入って行きます。あたりでは鳥たちが飛び交い、美しい声が聞こえてきます。


I’ve seen such fern trees in Amami Oshima in Japan.
この風景、奄美大島で出会ったヒカゲヘゴ に似ていた。


There was a cage by the pathway. It had six holes which small birds were able to go through. Birds were eating in the cage.
遊歩道のわきに、鳥かごがありました。小鳥はやっと通れる程の穴から自由に行き来でき、中の餌を食べることができます。


Birds perched on branches around the cage.
かごの近くの小枝には、小鳥たちがとまっていました。



We kept on walking in the trees.
ガイドウオークはもう少し続きます。
