Iriomote 西表島 7 星砂の浜

I headed a beach, Hoshizuna-no-hama, by bicycle.
また自転車で、星砂の浜へ向かいました。夏のサイクリングは、水分をいくら摂っても、汗で出ていきます。


There was a hill before reaching the beach. I was hot and thirsty. When I arrived at the entrance of the beach, I found a souvenir stand. It sold shells, star-shaped-sand and cut pineapple. I bought and ate a piece of pineapple. It was so delicious!! I had heard that pineapples at Iriomote in July were extremely delicious.

浜辺へ向かっているのに、登り坂が続きました。
やっと下り坂になるとすぐ、星砂の浜の入り口。自転車を降りました。
と、そこに、貝殻などを並べたお土産のお店。「アイスパインあります」という札に目が行きました。割り箸に刺したカットパイン。半分凍っていて、おいしい！
そういえば、７月の西表島のパイナップルは最高においしいと聞いたことがあった。ラッキー！


Hoshizuna-no-hama. Some people were strolling on the beach and some people were enjoying snorkeling. I took a break, enjoyed the wonderful scenery.

入り口から細い道を歩いて降りると、星砂の浜。
浅瀬で遊んでいる人たち。シュノーケリングしている人たち。
みんな楽しそうでした。私は景色を楽しみながら、休憩。


There was a lot of star shaped sand.
星の形の砂粒。ホント、たくさんありました。



I went back to YH. The YH was on a hill, so I had to go up the slope. I needed a rest.
星砂の浜を後にして、YHに戻ります。YHは小高い場所にあるので、また登りです。途中で休憩。



There were pineapples.
パイナップル畑。


I found some cute fruits, I don't know their name, though.
道ばたで見つけた、かわいい実。


I came back to YH. I relaxed on the grass in front of the YH until dinner.
YHに到着。YHの前の芝生で、夕食までのんびり。


I was strolling, sit on the bench and glanced the scenery. I spent pleasant time here.
お散歩したり、椅子に座ったり。こんな景色を眺めながら、鳥の声を聴いて、贅沢な時間がゆっくり過ぎました。
