Yakushima -plants- 小さな植物たち

I saw lots of plants in Yakushima.
I noticed that there were many kinds of moss.
屋久島には、いろいろな植物が生活していた。
小さい植物達に顔を近づけて、よ〜く見てみると、苔だけでもいろいろな種類がある。






It was called Mamushi-gusa. I’ve seen its flowers (it looks like a head of cobra), but I didn’t know after flowering.
これは、マムシ草らしい。マムシの形をした花（？）しか知らなかったけど、こんな実をつけるんだ。


They were called Futarishizuka.
On the Jomon-sugi tour, our guide told us about the nature. He also told us about Noh, poems, history and so on.
これは、フタリシズカ。縄文杉ツアーの私たちのガイドは年配ではないが、百人一首や能、詩など知識深く、“仙人みたい〜”と思ってた。
彼が熱く語ってくれたのは、能に“二人静”という題目があり、静御前に扮した二人の能師が、能面をつけたまま同じ動作をするらしい。この植物も、左右対称に葉が出るので、フタリシズカと名付けられたとか。
彼の話は、この後も静御前と義経の話へと続いていきました。


I forgot the name of the flowers. They were blooming beside the track.
花の名前を忘れてしまいました。トロッコ沿いで会いました。


Sazanka.
There are lots of wild flowers on the mountains in summer. I’m sure I’ll be back Yakushima in summer.
さざんかの花。
夏には宮之浦岳辺りなどで、高山植物が咲いているらしい。今度屋久島へ行く時には、ぜひ見てみたいなぁ。
