Cherry Blossoms 一目千本桜 2

On the following day, it had stopped raining but it was blowing a gale from the early morning. Many cherry blossom petals have fallen.
次の日。雨はやんでいましたが、朝から強風。かなりの花びらが散りました。


I took a sightseeing boat.
この日は屋形船に乗ってみました。約30分間。
阿武隈川の屋形船を、桜まつりの時期に１艘借りて運営しているそうです。船の名前は、あぶくま号。
川から眺める桜も素敵。



I started walking along the river.
船から降りて、てくてくお散歩。
桜は青空に映えます。


There were many clouds. I waited for the sunshine made cherry blossom bright pink.
雲が多くて、なかなか日差しが桜をピンクにしてくれません。。。


Sunshine!
一瞬の日差し。


There was a farm for local citizen on the bank.
川岸には市民農園。花や作物が並んでいました。


If it had been a clear day, I could've seen mountains capped with snow at the distant view.
晴れていれば、蔵王連峰がバックに見えるはずでした。


I headed to a hill, Funaokajoato-Koen.
大河原駅から船岡駅まで歩いてきました。この日は、船岡城址公園へ登ってみました。


There was a observation point halfway up the hill.
途中の展望台。白石川沿いの桜並木が眺められます。ツアー客の人たちも次々やってきて、「うわぁー」と歓声が聞こえたり、記念撮影していたり。



I reached the top of the hill. I could see cherry blossoms along the river and ones on the hill at the same time, it was so gorgeous!
さらに登ると、白石川沿いの桜と船岡城址公園の桜が同時に見えて、とても豪華でした。


I walked down the hill, I glanced around cherry blossoms along the river.
船岡駅に戻ると、もう夕暮れ。


Sunset. I really enjoyed cherry blossoms in this year.
一目千本桜。十分堪能しました。
