Dakigaeri Valley 抱返り渓谷 2

How beautiful the stream and leaves were!
水の色がきれいです。


The bridge was swinging.
吊り橋もありました。よく揺れました。

I looked down the stream and leaves.
川面を背に、紅葉が映えます。



There were tunnels on the pathway.
遊歩道には、トンネルもありました。



Mikaeri-no-taki. Aroud the waterfall was crowded, people were taking photos. There was a bigger waterfall ahead, but the pathway for the waterfall was closed because of the landslide a few years ago.
回顧（みかえり）の滝。一番の見どころです。記念写真を撮ろうと、人々で込みあっていました。
この先には百尋の滝というもっと大きな滝があるのですが、崖崩れなどのため遊歩道が通行止めになっていました。回顧の滝までの遊歩道も、今年再開通したところでした。



People couldn’t go far from here. The German man I met at YH the day before had gone ahead. He said some places were dangerous but beautiful.
ここから先は通行止め。YHで出会ったドイツ人は、通行止めの遊歩道を通って百尋の滝まで行ったとか。危険な場所もあったけど、人はいないし景色はきれいし素晴らしかったと興奮がちに話してくれました。



I went back to the entrance of the pathway along the valley. It was Sunday, atractions of dancing and dram was held.
I went back to Kakunodate station by bicycle among fields. It was a pleasant cycling.
渓谷入り口に戻ってきました。この日は日曜日。太鼓などの催し物がありました。
また角館駅までサイクリング。渓谷の駐車場待ちの自動車の列は2km以上でした。。。田畑の中の道を走っていると、緑色のヘビが目の前に、、、アオダイショウ？なんとか避けて通り、走る。風が心地よい。
