Kohama-jima 2 ちゅらさん展望台

I walked down Ufudaki. I walked among fields and pasture.
TV drama “Churasan” was shot in this island. There was “Churasan look-out” on the hill behind this pasture.
大岳を下って、畑や牧草地の間をてくてく歩く。牛さんと、白い鳥は仲よしだね。
小浜島の北西にある、ちゅらさん展望台へ向かう。正面の小高い丘が、その展望台。


Bulls and cows were eating grass.
牧場のそばの道を通る。牛たちは、こんな環境の良いところで生活しているんだ。


Churasan look-out. The binoculars were out of order.
ちゅらさん展望台。双眼鏡は故障中のようです。


There was “Churasan-no-ki” near the hill. But I hadn’t seen the drama, so I couldn’t find the tree.
I could see Iriomote-jima, about 2 km away.
この下あたりに、ちゅらさんの木があるとか。。。で、気づいた。私、NHKのドラマ“ちゅらさん”見てなかったんだ。。。
西表島が近くに見える。2kmしか離れていないとか。


I could see Ishigaki-jima.
I met people who I had met at Ufudaki. They were walking around the island as I was.
石垣島もうっすら見える。
景色を楽しんでいると、大岳展望台で出会ったツアーの人たちがやってきた。私と同じく、ウオーキングで島を観光していた。
