Foot Path フットパス

There were lots of walking path, Foot Path. They led on the hill, in the woods and through the pasture.
I bought a map of footpath, enjoyed walking every day.

フットパスと呼ばれるハイキング道がたくさんありました。
地図を買い、毎日フットパスを歩きました。
放牧場など、私有地にもフットパスは続いています。







I felt uneasy to walk near cattle and sheep, but I got used to that soon.
家畜たちのそばを歩いても良いのかと不安でしたが、すぐに慣れました。




I sometimes climbed over the gates.
時々、このようなゲートを越えていきます。


The author of Peter Rabbit, Helen Beatrix Potter, lived in this house and wrote the stories.
ヒルトップにある、ピーターラビットの生みの親、ビアトリクス・ポターの住んでいた家。家の中やお庭も見学できます。
ピーターラビットとお友達がでてきそうでした。
