Hasedera １ 長谷寺 ２月

I saw photos of Fuyubotan (winter peony) on tetu’s blog in February.
They were so cute, I couldn’t wait to go to Hasedera.

今年の２月、お気に入りのブログで長谷寺の冬牡丹の写真を見た。
すごくかわいくて、すぐにとんで行った。






I visited Hasedera on February 5.
近鉄長谷寺に着くと、思っていたより山の中だった。


I walked through a town in front of the temple.
門前町を通り、長谷寺へ向かう。4-5月の牡丹祭りの時には、人が多いこの通りも、冬の平日は閑散としていた。

There were Fuyubotans along the stairs.
登廊に沿って、傘をかぶった冬牡丹が並んでいた。
