Hayachinesan 早池峰山 1

I left Morioka, headed to Tono. The weather was getting worse.
I stayed at Tono YH. Three people and I came to Tono to climb Hayachinesan. After dinner, we talked about the opening ceremony for climbers of Hayachinesan which would be held on the next day. We thought it might be terrible weather such as thunderstorm on the mountain. We agreed that if the weather would be terrible, we were not going to climb the mountain.
We left Tono YH in the early morning on June 10. The sky was covered with thick clouds. We wished not to start raining.
The opening ceremony was held at the foot of Hayachinesan at 8 am. During the ceremony, we saw blue sky through a gap in the clouds. We expected the weather became better.

チャグチャグ馬っこの行列を見送った後、電車で遠野へ向かった。天気は下り坂。遠野YHでは、「明日は天気悪そうね。」「雷が鳴らなきゃいいけどね。」「悪天候だったら、温泉ツアーに変更しようね。」という会話をしていた。
6/10早朝、雨上がりの曇り空。遠野YHから４人で出発。２人は山開きに何度か参加している東京と宮城の旅人、２人は山開き初体験の福岡の旅人と私。「雨降らないでー。」と祈りながら、早池峰山の登山口へ。
登山口で８時から山開きの挨拶やテープカットの後、お神酒をいただき、登山開始。と、その時雲の合間から青空がのぞいた。なんだかいい予感。


We started climbing.
樹林帯ではかわいい白い花（ズダヤクシュ）やスミレたちがお出迎え。樹林帯を過ぎると、視界が広がる。


We saw various flowers of alpine plants.
いろいろな花が咲いていた。


Himekozakura. They became one of my favorite flowers.
ヒメコザクラ。小さな花でかわいい！
今回一番のお気に入りになりました。




Cherry blossoms.
ヤマザクラも咲いていました。


We climbed the ladders.
途中、はしご場がありました。強風でなくて良かったー。


We were almost the top of the mountain.
山頂はもうすぐ。雪渓。

We walked on the snow.
雪渓の上を歩く。


We reached the top of Hayachinesan. There was a small shrine.
山頂に到着。小さな神社がありました。

昼食のバーベキュー。


The weather was not bad. We could see mountains from the summit.
視界が広がってきました。
雨も雷もなく、良かったー。
