Taisetsuzan in 2006, Clouds 雲海

August 24th, the last day of this trip. I had planed to visit a famous zoo, Asahiyama zoo in Asahikawa. But I knew Kurodake ropeway moved from 5:30 am, I changed the plan into hiking.
I woke up at 4 am. I was disappointed when I saw the cloudy sky. Then I remembered a photo on my blog. The blue sky must spread above the clouds! I took a ropeway at 5:30, I climbed up, then I could see the beautiful view.

9月24日、大雪山最後の日。旭山動物園へ行って、帰路につこうかと思っていたのですが、黒岳のロープウエイが5時半から運転されると聞いて4時起床。しかし、空は真っ白。がっかりしかけた時、以前の雲海の写真を思い出した。きっとこの雲を抜けると、青空が広がっているはず。5時半のロープウエイに乗りどんどん登ると、素晴らしい雲海。

層雲峡はこの雲の下。


After the ropeway, I took a chair lift, then I climbed up on foot. I could see lots of mountains from the pathway.
リフトに乗り継ぎ、頂上に向かって登っていくと、遠くの山々も見えてきた。
