Xitou 渓頭森林遊楽区 2

 On the following morning I entered Xitou Nature Forest Recreation Area again. There were few people and many birds at the time.

朝。ハイカーがまだ少ないこの時間は鳥たちの世界。

 Steere’s Liocichlas        ヤブドリたち。

お城のような建物と広場。

 Maps and signs show you directions.

遊歩道には地図や標識があって迷わず楽しめます。

 I noticed a pathway above me.

大きな木々の中ほどに遊歩道があります。

 Sky Walk    空中走廊（スカイウオーク）

 I walked on the Sky Walk. It was fun to look down from the pathway.

スカイウオークから下を見下ろす。

 I could see the canopy. 

高い木の上部を見渡せます。楽しい！

 I noticed that many Taiwanese people were using  an umbrella as a trekking pole.

この辺りは雨が多いのでしょう、傘の先にクッションのようなものを付けて、トレッキングポールの代わりにしている人が多いことに気づきました。

 The giant tree, estimated 1836-year-old, was collapsed on September in 2016.

樹齢1836年と推定された高さ46mもあった神木は、2016年9月に倒れてしまったそうです。

 Azalea     ツツジもきれいに咲いていました。

 Ginkgo Bridge    銀杏橋

 Rufous-faced Warbler. It was really difficult to see them, I sometimes heard their songs though.

コシジロムシクイ。鈴の音のような鳴き声の鳥。すばしっこくて、なかなか姿が見れません。

 I went to Xitou Monster Village to have a supper.

腕にスタンプを押してもらうと再入場できます。途中でいったん出て食事もいいでしょう。私は夕食に近くの妖怪村に行ってみました。

 I had a bowl of noodle.

にゅうめんよりさらに細い麺でした。安くて美味しい！

台湾好行渓頭線のバス。３月は空いていましたが、夏はきっと混んでいるでしょう。
