 I walked around a pond.

長谷池の周辺でも、美しい紅葉が見られました。

 The scenery was reflected on the water.

ニホンカモシカが飼育されていました。

 The leaves of the trees have begun to color.

長谷池の紅葉。来月にはイロハモミジの紅葉がピークになることでしょう。

Kobe Municipal Arboretum 神戸市立森林植物園 1

I visited Kobe Municipal Arboretum last Sunday.

すっきり晴れていた先週の日曜日。神戸市立森林植物園へ。三宮からバスで約40分。

There were some volunteer guide. I joined the guided tour.

ボランティアの方に、約１時間案内していただきました。サザンカが咲いていました。

It was the best autumn colors in the park on the day.

この日、一番の紅葉は、シアトルの森。

Chinese tallow tree

さらに歩くと、ナンキンハゼ。

They are attractive to birds.

となりのシーボルトの木には、鳥たちが好きな実がたくさん。

天津の森には、カイノキ。

Maple

そして、オオモミジ。

Tokyo Port Wild Bird Park 東京港野鳥公園

 On the following day, I went to Tokyo Port Wild Bird Park.

東京スカイツリーを訪れた次の日は、東京港野鳥公園へ。観察する場所がいくつかあります。

 You could see Plover and Sandpiper from spring to early autumn. 

9月。まだシギたちもいました。

 That looked like a jewel.

宝石のようなものが飛んで行きました。
