Churaumi Aquarium 美ら海水族館 2

I spent most of time in front of the huge fish tank in the aquarium.
滞在時間が少なかったので、ほとんどの時間はこの大水槽を見て過ごしました。偶然にも、この日の午前に、メスのジンベイザメが仲間入りしたばかりでした。











A staff dived in the fish tank with a camera, showed us amazing things. What is it?
ダイバーによる水中映像。これは何でしょう？


It was a shark's egg.
水槽の底で静かにいる、サメの卵でした。


It was a great aquarium.
何度来ても、感動です。

Churaumi Aquarium 美ら海水族館 1

We visited Okinawa Expo Park.
美ら海水族館は、海洋博公園にあります。



Churaumi Aquarium was in the park.
美ら海水族館。



The first area was Touch Pool. Children were touching starfishes.
入場すると、まずタッチプール。ヒトデを、おそるおそる触っています。


The sea of Tropical Fish.
熱帯魚の海。


They are colorful.
カラフルな魚たち。

Manzamou 万座毛

I joined a bus tour for one day in Okinawa. The first stop was Manzamou.
３月の沖縄の旅。一日はバスツアーに参加して、美ら海水族館や今帰仁城跡を訪れました。最初の停車地は、万座毛。


This field is called Manzamou.
実は、万座毛とは、この原っぱのことだとか。
ツアーはバスガイドさんの説明が聞けるけれど、、、滞在時間が短い。。。


There was another mushroom-shaped rock.
ここにも、キノコ岩が。



There were pretty birds.
この万座毛には、



It came close to me.
イソヒヨドリ。沖縄では、あちこちで見かけましたが、ここのヒヨちゃんは、人懐っこくて、近くまで寄ってきました。


Our bus ran along the beautiful coast.
海の風景を見ながら、美ら海水族館へ。

Teda-Wuka テダ御川

I went over a hill to get to Teda-Wuka.
テダ御川へは、小山を越えます。急な登り坂。




I walked up a steep slope, then walked down.
頂上を越えると、下り坂。


The shisa was placed to protect the lighthouse.
シーサーは灯台を守っていました。


I went down the steep steps.
最後は急な階段。


I noticed white lilies were blooming beautifully.
あっ、白いユリ。






Teda-Wuka
テダ御川。


It was said the god of water.
水神と書いてありました。



I sometimes saw mushroom-shaped rocks during walking along the coast.
近くのクルマエビ養殖場内にあった、フシギな形の岩２つ。クラジ岩というそうです。

Cape Chinen 知念岬

I took a walk along the coast.
天気が良かったので、海を見ながらてくてくお散歩。


I went to Cape Chinen. There was a park.
知念岬。気になったので、行ってみました。


Many families spent a pleasant day at this park.
芝生公園になっていて、気持ち良い。家族連れが、うららかな休日を過ごしていました。


Ocean view.
海の景色も良い。




I kept on walking.
お散歩を続けます。愉快な仲間たち。




Chinen Marine Leisure Center.
知念海洋レジャーセンター。無人島への船も出ているようです。


I headed to Teda-Wuka, the foot of that hill.
あの小山の向こうに「テダ御川」があります。


I felt the sea breeze.
海岸沿いを歩きます。潮の匂い。





Local people enjoyed a sunny Sunday on the beach.
お天気の日曜日。地元の人たちが、たくさん海で過ごしていました。
