Unzen Onsen 雲仙温泉 1

 Unzen Jigoku.

雲仙温泉にある、雲仙地獄。

 Sulfur

硫黄のにおい。

 A famous film was shot in this place.

映画の撮影がされた場所も。

 Hot water was bubbling.

ぶくぶくぶく。

 There was a pathway.

遊歩道を歩きます。

 Hot spring was delivered from here to hotels.

温泉が各ホテルへと運ばれるのでしょう。

 It looked like a volcano of mud.

泥火山。ぼこっと、火山のように泥をはいています。

 Place of Martyrdom. More than 30 Christians were killed from 1627 to 1632.

キリシタン殉教碑。江戸時代初期、改宗を迫るための地獄責の場所となったそうです。

 This place was not active any more.

すぐ近くには、旧八万地獄。かつては噴煙を上げていたのでしょう。

Unzen 雲仙 紅葉

 It took about 30 minutes from Obama Onsen to Unzen Onsen by bus. Then I took a minibus from Unzen Onsen to Nita Pass.

小浜温泉からバス約30分で雲仙温泉。そこから乗り合いタクシー約20分で仁田峠の駐車場です。乗り合いタクシーは１日３便で、30分前までの予約が必要。

 On the sunny day, you must see the town of Shimabara and the ocean.

ロープウエイ乗り場からは、普賢岳の火砕流跡が見えました。天気が良ければ、島原の街や海が見えるのでしょう。

 I went up by ropeway.

ロープウエイに乗りました。

 If the weather is not bad, you might see the peak where erupted repeatedly from 1990 to 1995.

向こうの木のないところが平成新山。噴火口、溶岩ドームがあった場所です。

 It was the best season for autumn color. 

ちょうど紅葉の季節でしたが、霧が邪魔をします。

 I took off the ropeway. It was surrounded by fog.

ロープウエイから降りると、下は真っ白。

 I couldn't see anything from the observation point.

展望台からは、何も見えませんでした。

 I took a walk on a pathway.

辺りをてくてくお散歩。紅葉を楽しみます。

 I turned back halfway because of thick fog and strong winds.

普賢岳まで行きたかったのですが深い霧と強い風、そして雨が降ってきそうなので、引き返しました。

 These flowers usually come out in spring.

季節外れのツツジの花。

When I went back to the ropeway, rain began to fall. I'll visit here again. 

ロープウエイ乗り場まで戻ってきました。

またいつか、お散歩にやって来ましょう。

Obama Onsen 小浜温泉

 I visited Unzen in Nagasaki prefecture to see autumn color. 

Before visiting Unzen, I stayed at Obama Onsen.

島原半島の雲仙。紅葉が美しいと知って、行ってみました。

雲仙温泉で２泊では、お財布がちょっと。。。　最初の１泊は小浜温泉にしました。

長崎空港から諫早経由でバス約１時間40分。途中、棚田が美しい地区がありました。

 The sunset was beautiful.

夕焼けが美しい。

 There was a hot spring in a park.

公園にある温泉。

 It was a long Ashiyu place, many people soaked their feet in the hot spring and enjoyed the sunset.

全長105mの、長ーい足湯。夕焼けを見ながら。

 People bring food, cook them by the steam.

蒸し場。とうもろこし10分など、目安の時間が書いてあります。

 There was a pathway. If I had a time, I could've strolled around.

お散歩できる小道。

 Guzoni, there were many ingredients in this pot. I've had it before.

島原といえば、具雑煮。いろいろな具が入っています。

島原市でもいただきました～。

 Obama Onsen has a long history. There was a traditional inn. 

辺りには、歴史ありそうな老舗旅館もありました。

These roadside trees were Jacaranda. The flower come out in June.

街路樹に、ジャカランダ。６月には、紫の美しい花が咲くそうです。

HUIS TEN BOSCH 秋 3

 The night view of HUIS TEN BOSCH is amazing.

ハウステンボスは夜景も素晴らしい。

 The Kingdom of Light is coming soon.

11月23日からは「光の王国」が始まりますが、これよりもっともっと夜景が美しい!?　

 I didn't know there was the king of HUIS TEN BOSCH.

ハウステンボスに王様がいたことを初めて知りました。。。

 The show of sound and 3D image was great!

音楽と3Dの映像のショー。これはおもしろい！

The show of traditional Irish music and dance will start November 23. I'll be back to HUIS TEN BOSCH.

11月23日から、アイルランドからのダンスチームが来日。アイリッシュダンスを以前から見たかったので、、、また行ってしまいそう！
