Istanbul イスタンブール 1

We visited some places in Istanbul by bus. At first we went to Sultan Ahmet Camii.
イスタンブール。最初の市内観光は、ブルーモスクでした。
今回の旅で、この時だけ傘を使いました。12月初めは、秋色。

イスタンブールにもスズメ。




We took off shoes here.
入場前に、履物を脱ぎ、服装チェック。スカートの女性は、足を隠すための布が渡されました。


Amazing!
息をのむ素晴らしさ。






I looked back. The outside of the mosque was beautiful, too.
振り返ると、美しい姿のブルーモスク。

Istanbul from the bus 車窓から

I enjoyed looking at the scenery of Istanbul from the bus window.
イスタンブールの市内。バスからの風景を集めてみました。



There were ruins of castle walls.
昔の城壁。


Ferry terminal.
フェリーターミナル。


A bridge between Asia and Europe.
アジアとヨーロッパを架ける橋。


There were nice parks along waterside.
水辺には、公園。


Buses run in bus lane.
３連バス!?　バスのレーンを走っていました。


I wanted to visit Galata tower if I had enough time.
中央の建物は、ガラタ塔。行ってみたかった。。。


They were fishing on the bridge.
橋の上から釣り。夕食になるのかしら。



In the town
街には、派手な広告も。


Traffic jam
渋滞はいつ、どこで起こるか分からないと、ガイド。


This aqueduct was built in the 4th century. It reminded me of Pont du Gard in France.
ヴァレンス水道橋。4世紀につくられたものだとか。
フランスの水道橋、ポン・デュ・ガールの感動を思い出した。

Train 寝台列車

We moved to Ankara, took a night train.
私たちのバスは、カッパドキアからアンカラへ走り、駅で降ろしてくれました。ここからは、夜行列車の旅。私達の荷物を乗せたバスは、一足先にイスタンブールへ。



Ankara Express.
「アンカラエクスプレス」と書いてあるようです。


It was a cozy room.
個室でした。乗客のほとんどは、ツアーの日本人観光客のようでした。




A conductor made a bed. I felt this bed was more comfortable than Japanese ones.
しばらくしてやってきた車掌さんが、ベッドを引き出してくれました。添乗員さんに、１ドルか１ユーロのチップを渡してくださいと言われていました。
このベッド。日本の寝台列車に比べると、ふかふかで寝心地良かったです。私は大感激だったのですが、ツアーのみなさんはお疲れの様子でした。

朝になりました。


Finally we arrived at Istanbul.
イスタンブールに到着。

Fairy houses 妖精の家

We stayed at Kappadokya for three days. The last destination in Kappadokya was a hotel for lunch.
３日間のカッパドキア。ついに出発の時がきました。ランチはホテルで。


This hotel seemed to have cave rooms.
一部は、洞窟の部屋のようです。


The scenery from the hotel was splendid. They looked like fairy houses to me.
このホテルからの風景は、「妖精の家」のよう。感動！

Uchisar 朝散歩 4

I strolled in a town on my way back to hotel.
ホテル出発まで、まだ少し時間があったので、町中をてくてくお散歩。








The wall around windows were carved.
窓枠の模様がかわいい。

I strolled among fairy chimneys.
ウチヒサールから降り、小道をてくてくお散歩。小道は岩の内部を通っているところも。










I walked down the steep slopes.
ずいぶん、下ってきました。


Sunlight.
日差しが。




Now, I should walk up the steep slopes.
さぁ、戻りましょう。
